Portico is a luxurious vacation home set in an idyllic 4000 sqm terraced Mediterranean garden which looks onto the Aegean sea. The existing 1960’s building was completely reconstructed, keeping only the exterior shell and designing a very open-plan interior with large windows, connected to the large outdoor terraces and surrounding views.

The interiors were designed with the simplicity of a Greek summer home,using natural local stone, clean, white-washed walls and custom oak cabinetry.An interior garden wraps around the 4 ensuite bedrooms, creating privacy and acool microclimate during the summer months.

Great attention was given to keep the existing abundant localvegetation on the plot, along with the charming stone pathways leading you fromthe top all the way down to the bay.
